Love Dr Ross!!

This was my first visit to Cosmetic Dentistry. I switched from my previous dentist. The staff is professional, polite, adhered to all safety protocols. Dr. Nash and team did a great job and explained in detail what was my prognosis and what to look for in the future. I have found a new home! I now have a new crown! Painless (almost), professional and personable was the takeaway from Dr.Nash and Tammy. Great job.

Dr. Nash was warm and personable and fixed my chipped tooth so that it looked better than my original tooth! He also smoothed down the ridges on my front two teeth and I am very happy with the results! I will not go anywhere else for cosmetic dentistry. He truly is the best of the best.

Dr Nash and the staff are wonderful people to work with. It is a very comfortable place. Very clean and everyone is knowledgeable of dentistry.

My consultation with Dr. Nash and his staff was beyond AMAZING. I’m looking forward to working with them in the very near future.

Dr. Nash is not only the best in his field of cosmetic dentistry, but is a genuinely kind person who is dedicated to his patients. He and the exceptional staff, including his wife Debra, provide a friendly atmosphere that makes you feel at ease. Dr. Nash did my veneers years ago and they still look incredible. He is truly an artist when he creates your smile. I would not trust anyone but him and his staff to care for my dental needs!

Dr. Nash and his staff are the absolute BEST! From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left, they treated me as their top priority, always making sure I was comfortable and taken care of!

Coming here is like laying into fresh sheets after a long hard week. You may have thought you had the greatest dentist on earth but you haven’t experienced Dr. Nash and his world class, top notch staff. Who better to work on your teeth than someone who TEACHES THE CRAFT TO OTHERS. For a young person, I have a rather lengthy dental history including chipped front tooth from early childhood. I found out about Dr. Nash by asking several of my neighbors in the highland creek area for recommendations and his name came up more than anyone else. People would say you’ve got to try Dr. Nash he’s great, well skilled and passionate about the craft. Of course people would say that about any dentist but decided due to the popularity in suggestions to try the office out. I’m upset that I hadn’t found his office sooner. 1. This office allows FREE Virtual consultations. I’ve paid $300 to have “the best cosmetic dentist in Charlotte” smile in my face, tell me he does veneers and for how much. Dr. Nash is extremely humble in that he recognizes his expertise but does not take advantage of others seeking it. Upon going to the “best cosmetic dentist in Charlotte” I was interviewed on my profession and where I worked instead of addressing my concerns for visiting the office in the first place. Dr. Nash accepts electronically delivered photos in order to take a very high level first look at your treatment needs. Dr. Nash looked over my photos and called me back within 24 hours. Upon calling me back he did not once ask me what I did for work or how I’d pay for the appointment but walked me through all treatment options thoroughly. Once finished, I inquired of the price. Dr. Nash doesn’t charge his patients what he believes they should pay based on their profession. Instead he provides honest standard rates over the phone. Once clear on my options, Dr. Nash offered to let me coordinate with the treatment coordinator for next steps after answering SEVERAL of my questions. 2. Dr. Nash asks and listens. I was blown away when during my exam Dr. Nash asked “do you prefer to work with enhancing what you have or do you prefer a more total makeover approach”. Not in those exact words, obviously much better said but nonetheless asked me what I was thinking instead of trying to push me to get a full set of veneers on top. While for some that is the goal when visiting a cosmetic dentist, this is not the goal for all and Dr. Nash is clear on that. Can you imagine a dentist that suggests only the minimal treatment needed?! I thought they didn’t exist. Dr. Nash doesn’t need to oversell his service because his work, nature, professionalism and staff does it for him. 3. I left my appointment today with a new family. Thank you to Darby and Rhonda and all of the other amazing staff. When is a dentist office a getaway? When it’s Dr. Nash’s office. Please stop selling yourself short with the dentist you work with and switch ASAP. I finally found my dentist and urge you to do the same!
