I’ve been going to Cosmetic Dentistry of the Carolinas since 2018 (or maybe 2019 — time flies when you love your dentist 😄), and I can honestly say they are the best. From the front desk to the dental chair, every single person there is kind, professional, and genuinely cares about your comfort and confidence. I’ve had everything from cleanings to cosmetic work, and they always make me feel at ease. If you’re looking for a dental office that feels more like family and keeps your smile looking its best, this is it. Dr Wurmlinger and his team are currently taking care of my husbands issues with his teeth. From the start we have received positive attitudes, professional service, and the best work from the Doctor , to the Assistant, to the hygenist, to the scheduler. Most of all, there was no judgement. In my mind, this is huge. I couldnt recommend them more.

I’m so incredibly thankful to have found Dr. Wurmlinger and his staff. In May i damaged my front tooth implant that I had done over 10 years ago. Calling everywhere imaginable and Short notice i found Dr. Wirmlinger and his staff and they got me in the same day and left with a temporary in my mouth. Nervous and emotional with my wedding being only a month away Dr. Wurmlinger got my permanent tooth in my mouth A WEEK before my wedding. It looks better than I could have imagined. I will never be able to thank them enough for their honesty and taking such great care of me. ❤️ I’m looking forward to getting my other one done in the future!

Cosmetic Dentistry of the Carolinas is an excellent facility! I had my veneers done several years ago and never had a problem until recently. When one cracked ( after over 10 years of wear) I called and they quickly had me scheduled to replace it. They are extremely nice and very professional. I highly recommend them!
